Job summary

Bupa is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to support pensions, wellbeing programmes and HR reward activities. You will manage data accuracy, run regular reports and liaise with benefit providers and HR teams across the business.

The role involves handling enrolments, data reconciliations and ad hoc queries while upholding compliance and process improvements. A proactive approach and strong Excel skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, benefits, pensions or rewards administration.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, reports and large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of pensions, benefits and wellbeing programmes.
• Maintain and validate employee benefits data, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
• Produce regular reports and data extracts to support HR and Reward stakeholders.
• Assist with benefits enrolments, renewals and employee lifecycle activities.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with providers and internal teams.
• Support invoice processing, reconciliations and routine reporting activities.
• Respond to employee and HR queries relating to pensions and benefits.
• Help ensure processes comply with policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and support benefits-related projects.
