Job description

We are partnered with a leader in the utility and home warranty field. This organization has been assisting the public sector since 1992 and is poised for significant growth this year.

We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installer Technician who willlead an install team responsible for completing quality installs of residential HVAC equipment. This person will provide high levels of customer service and ensure jobs are getting completed on time.

REQUIREMENTS :

• EPA Type 1 and 2 (Universal EPA preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 – 3 years of HVAC installation experience required

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Install most furnaces, condensers, humidifiers, and accessories with no assistance
• Install sheet metal duct systems, connect gas lines, cut and thread pipe, install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units
• Understand and comply with all safety policies
• Promote warranty products to customers
• Ensure that orders, paperwork, and billing are completes properly, timely and legibly
• Communicate with dispatch services to ensure safe and timely service
