We are looking for a Benefits Manager to join our team! Ideal candidate will have experience navigating benefits within a large organization and demonstrate strong vendor management skills.
Must be in the greater St. Louis area.

Supports the delivery and administration of BJC's comprehensive health & welfare and other general benefits programs to ensure that BJC retains its competitive status in the marketplace.
Role Purpose
This position manages the planning, administration, implementation and communication of company-wide health and welfare, retirement and well-being employee benefit programs. The role manages the Benefits Team.
