What Are We Looking For?
The Benefits Specialist coordinates and manages the employee benefits program. This role is instrumental in evaluating, administering, and enhancing LRHS benefits program while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of progressive experience managing employee benefit programs, including annual reporting, enrollment management, plan documentation, and in-depth knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and other regulations. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle complex responsibilities and projects are essential.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
