BJC HealthCare is looking for a Sr. Benefits Consultant to join the team! This role will support the entire system with annual enrollment, system implementations and vendor management. This integral role also acts as a resource to other team members and will handle escalated benefit inquiries. Ideal candidates should be proficient in EXCEL and have benefit auditing experience. Remote opportunity within the Greater St. Louis or Kansas City area.

Supports the delivery and administration of BJC's comprehensive health & welfare and other general benefits programs to ensure that BJC retains its competitive status in the marketplace.

Supports the administration of BJC‘s health and welfare benefit plans and works to assist in the design and implementation of the health and welfare plans.
