Job summary

Progressive is seeking a senior or lead data analyst in the Corporate Benefits Department to deliver advanced analytics that inform health benefits strategy. You will lead complex analyses, build predictive models, and integrate data from multiple sources to identify trends, costs, risks, and optimization opportunities.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive data-driven storytelling that influences senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Six years of analytical work experience or more.
• Bachelor's degree or higher and five years analytical work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and three years analytical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses and develop predictive and statistical models across health benefits programs.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, risks, and cost drivers.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business implications and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead high-impact analytics initiatives and influence benefits strategy through data-driven storytelling.
