Job summary

Bray International seeks a Principal Benefits Analyst to lead strategic analysis, design support, administration, and governance of employee benefits and wellbeing programs. You will translate data, trends, and regulatory requirements into practical recommendations while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external brokers and carriers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in benefits administration, benefits analysis, or total rewards.
• Senior subject matter expert leading enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience administering self-funded and fully insured health and welfare plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate benefit programs and market practices; develop cost-effective recommendations.
• Analyze enrollment, utilization, claims, and vendor performance; create dashboards and forecasts.
• Lead renewals, budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and cost-containment efforts.
• Strengthen governance, document controls, and ensure eligibility processes.
• Manage vendor/consultant partnerships; support negotiations and issue resolution.
• Interpret ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA; lead audits and regulatory reporting.
• Improve employee experience through communications, decision-support tools, and training.
• Lead cross-functional benefit projects and system enhancements.
