Progressive Insurance is seeking a senior data analyst on the Emerging Markets team within Claims Control. You will provide analytical support for innovative business initiatives and have the opportunity to transition between business areas as priorities change.

In this role you’ll focus on reporting, business performance analysis, trend monitoring and strategic decision support. You’ll partner with business leaders to identify emerging risks and opportunities and transform data into actionable

Qualifications

• Six years of analytical work experience minimum.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with five+ years analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with three years analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for innovative business initiatives.
• Develop reporting, performance metrics, and trend monitoring.
• Partner with leaders to identify risks and opportunities and translate data into insights.
• Establish foundational reporting frameworks for new initiatives.
