Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into insights that drive product performance, program outcomes, and business decisions. This role collaborates with Product, Operations, Client Success, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, and leadership to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.

You will work with Databricks and advanced SQL to analyze large datasets across products, members, clients, and programs, translating findings into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Databricks.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Experience building KPIs and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Analyze product performance, utilization, engagement, and financial metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and root causes.
• Develop ongoing measurement strategies for product and program performance.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
