Job summary

ESAB is hiring a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage day-to-day US employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and voluntary benefits, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive associate experience.

You will work with HR partners, Payroll, HRIS, and external vendors to optimize benefits administration, merger & acquisition effects, and system enhancements in a decentralized HR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Admin, Finance
• 5+ years in employee benefits administration or Total Rewards
• Knowledge of US benefits incl. 401(k), HSA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA
• Experience with third-party benefits vendors and external providers
• Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, data reconciliation
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong associate experience

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of US employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, voluntary benefits
• Escalate complex inquiries on eligibility, enrollment, claims, payroll deductions
• Communicate with associates and retirees by phone and email to guide benefit programs
• Assist with Open Enrollment activities and communications
• Prepare and distribute benefits communications and educational materials
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure service quality
• Maintain benefits records, procedures, and reference materials
• Support benefits compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA; assist audits
