Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration.
• Experience administering health and welfare plans, 401(k), and leave programs.
• Working knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations: ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and state leaves.
• Experience with international benefits programs.
• Experience partnering with brokers, carriers, retirement recordkeepers, and third-party administrators.
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms; Workday preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• U.S. Benefits Administration: manage daily operations of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, and other employee benefits, including enrollments and LE events.
• 401(k) Administration: oversee retirement plan operations, eligibility, contributions, vendor coordination, compliance testing, and audits.
• Leave of Absence: manage U.S. leave programs, including FMLA, CFRA, parental leave, disability, and state leaves.
• Compliance & Audits: support ACA, COBRA, ERISA, Form 5500 and benefits-related audits.
• Vendor Management: primary contact for benefits carriers, brokers, retirement providers, and leave admins.
• International Benefits: support global benefits administration and projects with regional teams.
• Systems & Reporting: maintain benefits data, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies with Payroll/People Ops.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
