Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Benefits Administration.
• Excellent Excel skills, with pivot and lookup functions.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
• Experience with at least one HRIS system, Workday preferred.
• Payroll systems (ADP) knowledge and understanding of pre- and post-tax deductions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and administration of U.S. benefit programs across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, COBRA, leave, and wellness.
• Liaise with insurance carriers to resolve claim problems and concerns.
• Support benefits functionality in People systems; test and produce system reports.
• Maintain benefits content on intranet and related sites; update plan documents and policies.
• Assist with compliance efforts alongside program managers; support audits and reconciliations.
• Participate in market data surveys to benchmark benefits.
• Work with Workday to ensure accurate benefits entries and changes.
• Reconcile billing statements, monitor vendor payments, and conduct monthly audits.
• Prepare ongoing and ad hoc reports and analyses; support open enrollment events.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

5+ years’ experience in Benefits Administration
