Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Benefits Analyst, Financial Wellbeing to join our Total Rewards team. You will lead strategic planning, budgeting, and governance for North American retirement and voluntary benefit programs.

In this role you’ll collaborate across functions, develop executive dashboards, and communicate complex concepts to leaders and employees to drive informed decisions and program improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration in North American markets.
• Strong knowledge of North American retirement plan governance, voluntary benefits, regulatory reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional collaboration and project management across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmaps, benchmarks, and dashboards to evaluate program trends and guide financial wellbeing initiatives.
• Direct weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget workflows for North American retirement plans (401(k), RRSP) and voluntary benefits with precision.
• Provide expert oversight for plan funding, financial audits, government filings, and escalated appeals to maintain governance.
• Conduct market reviews and analyze vendor performance to drive cost containment and improve delivery.
• Create high-impact presentation materials for leadership recommendations and employee education.
