Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Senior Benefit Analyst, Financial Wellbeing, Income Protection & Leaves (North America) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will directly impact the employee experience by ensuring our health, leave, and financial wellbeing programs run smoothly and compassionately.

As our process owner for U.S. and Canadian leave programs, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline administration and support our people

Qualifications

5+ years of benefits administration, compliance, and LOA program management across North American markets.
Strong knowledge of benefit operations including payroll integrations and audit workflows.
Experience with state/provincial compliance and return-to-work strategies.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administration of North American retirement, financial wellbeing, and income protection plans.
Lead U.S. and Canadian Leave of Absence programs (LOA), including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
Manage third-party vendor performance and SLAs to minimize friction for employees.
Analyze usage and metrics with dashboards to improve program delivery.
Maintain employee-facing intranet communications and provide guidance on leave policies.
