Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst, Financial Wellbeing to join our Total Rewards team. You’ll drive strategy, performance, and day-to-day oversight of North American retirement and financial wellbeing programs with deep data analytics and financial acumen.

Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you’ll develop dashboards, manage budgets, and ensure governance. A strong background in benefits analytics and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration within North American markets.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan governance, voluntary benefits, regulatory reporting, and financial budget modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets; proficient in Google Slides for executive presentations.
• Exceptional collaboration and project management skills across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic roadmaps, market benchmarks, and dashboards to evaluate program trends.
• Direct weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget workflows for North American retirement plans and voluntary benefits.
• Provide governance for plan funding, financial audits, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct market reviews and analyze vendor performance to optimize costs and workflows.
• Create high-impact presentation materials for leadership recommendations.
