Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Senior EH&B Analyst to lead daily client support across our services. You will liaise with Sales, Account Management, Financial Consulting and Communications to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of client service in benefits brokerage or administration, with Life/Health licensing preferred. Hybrid work and a competitive rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years client service experience in benefits brokerage, consulting or administration.
• Life and Health License preferred; if not licensed, obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and manage activity logs in the Agency Management System.
• Coordinate plan audits, review documents, and complete renewal checklists.
• Oversee Open Enrollment activities and draft communications.
• Review benefit materials and manage plan year reporting as required.
• Support RFP processes and mentor team members.
