With 7+ years in benefits consulting, you will lead meetings, analyze data, and mentor junior staff while contributing to business development and proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employee benefits consulting or related role.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare plan design, compliance, and funding.
• Excellent client relationships and executive presence.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Licensed in Life & Health or able to obtain upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary benefits advisor for a portfolio of mid-to-large market clients, providing strategic consulting on plan design, funding, compliance, and vendor management.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategies, and annual planning with internal teams.
• Evaluate and recommend benefit options including medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
• Analyze claims data to identify cost drivers and actionable recommendations.
• Support clients on ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA compliance.
• Partner with carriers to negotiate renewals and ensure service excellence.
• Mentor Consultants, Account Managers, and Analysts on the EH&B team.
• Contribute to business development via finalist meetings and proposals.
