Olivier-Vandyk Insurance Agency Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead service for self-funded Employee Benefit clients. This role focuses on proactive plan strategy, accurate financial reporting and on-time renewals, acting as an extension of the client’s HR team.

You will guide multi-year benefit strategies, manage complex funding arrangements and coordinate with TPAs, PBMs, and carriers. Strong Excel skills and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years’ experience servicing self-funded employee benefit clients.
• Advanced knowledge of self-funded plan administration and funding arrangements.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary service contact for self-funded and some fully insured clients.
• Mentor other Account Managers and Account Coordinators.
• Prepare rate projections, renewal forecasts and funding analyses.
• Deliver client strategy, renewal and financial reviews with the Producer and Client Success Manager.
• Markets and negotiates new business and renewal proposals with carriers and TPAs.
