This role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, retention, and executive-level collaboration with Account Managers and Lead Consultants.

Responsibilities include managing renewals, onboarding, compliance, and data-driven optimization, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of years of experience.
• Life and Health Insurance licensed required.
• 4+ years of employee benefits account management, benefits administration, insurance brokerage, or related experience.
• Experience and skilled in computer systems in a Windows based environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner for assigned clients, developing relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Lead client relationship strategy to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Oversee onboarding and renewal processes, coordinating with carriers, payroll, and internal teams.
• Provide regulatory knowledge, industry trends, and proactive recommendations for clients.
