Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks an Account Manager – Employee Benefits to oversee benefits account management activities under Producer direction.

Responsibilities include client service, team leadership, and directing daily tasks of Account Coordinators, with focus on productivity, quality, renewals, data management, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will have active licensing, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

• 5+ years of industry experience required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills essential.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills expected.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes required.

• Client Management: manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance.

• Manage new business setup, data gathering, and client communication.

• Advocate for clients and carriers for mutual outcomes.

• Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
