Job summary

As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as the primary client and project manager, handling design, pricing, funding, implementation, and ongoing administration.

Located in Wexford, PA, the role emphasizes strong client communication, timely deliverables, and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ direct experience with a consulting/brokerage firm serving mid-size to large groups (100–10,000 employees).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client management and deliverables for assigned clients by meeting deadlines.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through effective communication and quality execution.
• Work within the client’s established budget and maintain primary/secondary client contacts.
• Develop program design based on client objectives and identify critical concerns such as compliance and funding.
• Utilize internal resources effectively on client projects and manage vendor relationships.
• Make sound decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
• May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
