Job summary

Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD seeks a senior account manager to lead an assigned portfolio of employer groups, ensure client satisfaction, retention, and effective delivery of benefit strategies. You will partner with the Account Manager and Lead Consultant to maintain strategy and grow client partnerships.

In this role you will oversee renewals, implementations, and cross-functional collaboration across underwriting, compliance, and operations, while leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of years of experience.
• 4+ years in employee benefits account management or related field.
• Experience building trusted client relationships with HR leaders.
• Knowledge of benefits programs and compliance considerations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-sized and large employer groups with diverse benefit programs.
• Serve as a strategic partner to assigned clients and HR leaders.
• Develop client relationship strategy to maximize satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve complex client issues.
• Lead new client implementations with carriers, payroll, and internal teams.
• Support renewals and marketing initiatives with market intelligence and recommendations.
