Job summary

Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors in Illinois seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee group employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, and to build strong client relationships.

You will lead open enrollment, present renewal materials, and collaborate with internal teams to align benefit strategies with client budgets. A hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation up to $150k are offered.

Qualifications

• Illinois Life and Health license is required.
• 7+ years of large group benefits experience (over 50 lives).
• Experience with both fully funded and self-funded insurance.
• Senior account management experience in group benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and administration of group employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.).
• Prepare and present benefit plan options, proposals, and renewal materials.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and employee education.
