• Familiarity with basic computer software and data entry for case records.

Responsabilités

• Interviews applicants to obtain necessary information and determines ongoing eligibility.
• Explains benefit programs and determines need for assistance and benefit levels.
• Processes applications and determines eligibility using automated systems and manual methods.
• Monitors case changes and reflects updates to benefit levels within guidelines.
• Maintains client records and prepares reports for case management.
