Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 7–10 years in large complex organizations working with employee benefit plans and/or corporate communications.
• Proven successful experience with detailed project management and change management.
• Strong general communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leader with the ability to motivate others to work toward a shared business vision.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge around complex plan design variations.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, empathetic employee benefit communications (guides, microsites, FAQs, campaigns).
• Serve as a go-to resource for explanations of benefit programs in written communications or in meetings/presentations.
• Review, update and project manage annual hire/open enrollment materials and plan updates.
• Build and drive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for plan changes and vendor transitions.
• Coordinate with vendors to leverage materials for communications and, when needed, manage email campaigns with IT and corporate communications.
