Qualifications

• 4-year degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Health & Welfare benefits.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers Exelon Health & Welfare plans and programs.
• Directs third-party administrators to ensure on-time, compliant deliverables.
• Oversees payroll deductions, arrears, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Provides governance to sub-contractor teams handling benefits operations.
• Resolves escalated participant issues and supports plan design decisions.
