Job summary
Exelon Corporation seeks a Benefit Communications Manager to lead communications for health, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs across a multi-operational organization. You will draft communications, manage campaigns, and partner with legal and corporate teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
You will guide change management initiatives, develop complex plans, and leverage AI and digital tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree with 7–10 years in large organizations with employee benefit plans and/or corporate communications
- Proven experience with detailed project management and change management
- Strong general communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams toward a shared business vision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment
Responsibilities
- Design clear, empathetic benefit communications (guides, microsites, FAQs, campaigns) to simplify complex topics
- Partner with legal and corporate communications for compliance
- Serve as SME for explanations of benefit programs
- Manage annual open enrollment and communications materials
- Lead project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for plan changes
- Coordinate with vendors and IT for communications via email
