Qualifications

• 4-year degree with extensive experience in employee benefits communications and program design.
• Proven success in project management and change management within large organizations.
• Strong written and presentation skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, empathetic communications about benefit programs (guides, FAQs, campaigns).
• Serve as SME for benefit explanations in written and in meetings/presentations.
• Manage annual communications projects and open enrollment materials; update plan descriptions and compliance mailings.
• Lead project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for plan changes and vendor transitions.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT/corporate communications on campaign materials and timely delivery.
