Exelon is seeking a Benefits Specialist to provide subject matter expertise in Health & Welfare plans and manage administration, including COBRA, FSA/HSA, and vendor relations. You will ensure accurate payroll deductions and assist executives with enrollment processes.

The role involves coordinating with TPAs, handling escalated issues, and delivering high-quality benefits administration in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Competenze

• 4-year degree and minimum 2 years Health & Welfare benefits experience.
• Project management skills.
• Vendor management experience.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information for root-cause and corrective actions.
• Teamwork mindset and collaboration with others.
• Intermediate Excel skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Develops and maintains subject matter expertise in Exelon H&W Plans and programs, including HR data to determine eligibility and compliant administration.
• Direct Third-party Administrators to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables and compliance with plan requirements and legislation.
• Oversee processing of deductions, arrears, refunds, and payroll reconciliations, with corrections as needed.
• Govern sub-contractor teams performing benefits operations activities.
• Assist business units, TPAs and the Employee Service Center with escalated participant issues and plan design questions.
