LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Tech III to provide advanced behavioral health support during Shift 1. You will implement therapeutic strategies, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment to help clients thrive.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work, at least 2 years in behavioral health, crisis intervention experience, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. EHR documentation and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document client behaviors and progress.
• Provide direct care, crisis intervention, and de-escalation.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities and group sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and follow safety protocols.
