Job summary

Harbor House, Inc. seeks a licensed therapist to deliver direct client care within our Hot Springs Outpatient setting and to supervise Qualified Behavioral Health Providers. The role requires current independent licensure (LCSW or LPC) and strong supervisory skills.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure adherence to state rules, maintain documentation, and contribute to program quality improvement. Insurance benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold independent Behavioral Health licensure as an LCSW or LPC.
• At least five (5) years of experience in behavioral health services.
• Ability to supervise Qualified Behavioral Health Providers and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health client care.
• Delegate and oversee work assignments of providers and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with provider policies and CARF/state rules.
• Provide LMHP supervision including assessments and treatment planning.
• Attend and participate in professional development and supervision schedules.
• Monitor program compliance with CARF/state requirements.
