Job summary

Harbor House, Inc in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Family Centered Treatment-Recovery Practitioner to assess needs and facilitate recovery for clients and families. The role requires QBHP training and supervision under a medical/mental health professional, with knowledge of EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Must conform to the requirements for MHP supervision to work under MHP supervision.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations; excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately five clients and provide therapeutic services.
• Develop short- and long-term family goals with measurable outcomes.
• Attend/facilitate meetings with Child Services/Probation as requested.
• Provide thorough documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Complete training toward certification from the Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCTF).
• Maintain certification and complete activities to deliver Family Centered Treatment to families.
