Harbor House, Inc. seeks a licensed therapist to deliver direct client care within our Hot Springs Outpatient setting and to supervise Qualified Behavioral Health Providers. The role requires current independent licensure (LCSW or LPC) and strong supervisory skills.
The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure adherence to state rules, maintain documentation, and contribute to program quality improvement. Insurance benefits and PTO are offered.

JOB SUMMARY
To provide direct client care as well as supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers employed by Harbor House, Inc.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in a timely manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be proficient in all Office Suite productivity tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook. Must be knowledgeable of Electronic Health Record systems. Must be an LCSW or LPC. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, analytical and problem solving skills; customer service skills, and supervision of personnel, including counselors. Must have knowledge of state rules and regulations; excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Education and/or Experience
Possess independent Behavioral Health licensure in Arkansas as an LCSW or LPC with five (5) years’ experience in behavioral health services.
