Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Supervising Clinical Therapist to join the Developmental and Behavioral Services team at our Port Sylvania location. You will supervise student interns and dependently licensed clinicians while delivering direct treatment to a manageable caseload of children, adolescents, and adults with developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work or related Behavioral/Mental health field from an accredited college or university (or BA with 20 years experience and supervisory credential).
• License to independently practice with supervising credential in Ohio (LISW-S, LPCC-S) or COBA.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences; accurate documentation and computer proficiency.
• Preferred licensure in chemical dependency or experience with substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical responsibility for individual, family and/or group counseling.
• Provides telehealth services per Harbor policies using authorized equipment.
• Completes discharge or linkage to additional services when needed.
• Provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and updates as required.
• Completes clinical documentation per Harbor policy and billing requirements.
• Manages caseload to keep active cases within policy thresholds and facilitates referrals.
