Job summary

The role requires an Arkansas LCSW or LPC license with five years of experience, strong supervision skills, and proficiency with EHR systems and Office software. It also emphasizes regulatory compliance, teamwork, and ongoing learning within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold independent Behavioral Health licensure in Arkansas as an LCSW or LPC with five years’ experience in behavioral health services.
• Must be proficient with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Knowledge of state rules/regulations and CARF standards; strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health care to clients.
• Delegate and oversee work of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers and related staff.
• Ensure provider policies and compliance.
• Provide LMHP supervision including assessment/referral, treatment appropriateness, and documented client care.
• Provide case consultation and in-service training.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and program quality.
• Attend and participate in Learning activities; promote program compliance with CARF/state standards.
