The role involves psycho-social assessment, treatment planning, and delivering psychotherapy to a caseload of 30-50 clients, utilizing individual, family, and group models, with regular clinical supervision and strict OMH standard adherence.

Qualifications

• MSW required with licensure as LMSW and LCSW preferred.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and psycho-education.
• Strong case management and documentation skills in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides psycho-social assessment and screening services.
• Facilitates related services while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manages a caseload of 30-50 clients with therapy modalities.
• Evaluates assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans per OMH standards.
• Provides psychotherapy and psycho-education using individual, family, and group models.
• Participates in regular clinical supervision.
• Involves clients in treatment planning and education.
• Maintains clinical records per OMH standards.
• Ensures coordinated services for patients.
• Conducts home visits or emergency interventions as needed.
