Job summary

Monarch Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide outpatient services in a hybrid role across North Carolina. LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC/LPA licensure is required or pursued, with a Masters in Human Services.

The role emphasizes person-centered therapy and crisis intervention within a collaborative team. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, with occasional travel to community locations.

Qualifications

• Masters in Human Services is required.
• LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or LPA licensure required or eligible.
• Certified/licensed professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interviews with individuals and/or families to identify presenting problems and gather psychosocial history.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients of all ages.
• Assess psychiatric crises and provide crisis intervention with psychiatrists as needed.
• Maintain medical records per state and agency guidelines.
• Refer clients to appropriate external resources while maintaining confidentiality.
