Monarch Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist IV to provide outpatient behavioral health services to clients of all ages in North Carolina. The role emphasizes assessment, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, and coordination with psychiatrists.

The position requires a Master's in Human Services and licensure as LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A, or LPA. Travel to community locations is expected and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Masters in Human Services is required.
• Licensed certifications: LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A, LPA.
• Counseling/Therapy experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with individuals and families to assess problems, mental status, history, and make diagnoses to guide intervention.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy across all ages using person-centered approaches.
• Assess psychiatric crises and coordinate with psychiatrists as needed.
• Maintain medical records compliant with state and agency guidelines.
• Refer clients to outside agencies and ensure confidentiality standards.
