Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with individuals and families to assess problems and determine diagnoses.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy across ages using person-centered approaches.
• Assess psychiatric crises and coordinate with psychiatrists for interventions.
• Maintain medical records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Refer clients to outside services while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and care coordination to ensure safety.
• Provide after-hours coverage and on-call support as needed.
• Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Foster positive relationships with communities, colleagues, and licensing bodies.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement activities.
