Qualifications

• Two years of outpatient psychotherapy experience as a licensed clinician.
• Experience preferred in a medical setting and/or team-based community program.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement crisis intervention and various therapy modalities.
• Document assessment and treatment plans as per guidelines.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expertise in mental health and substance use

Assessment, interviewing, and counseling skills

Ability to work effectively in a self-directed role

Ability to resolve/manage conflict

Familiarity with a range of therapeutic interventions

Proficient in utilizing an Electronic Health Record

Flexibility in accepting diverse work assignments

Education

Master's degree in human services/sciences

Current licensure as a licensed LCSW, LMFT, and/or LCMHC
