Job summary

Family & Children’s Services in the OKC/Norman area seeks a Team Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary behavioral health team delivering comprehensive care under the CCBHC model.

You will supervise case managers, care coordinators, PRSS, and administrative staff; coordinate with physical health, housing, and crisis supports; and use data to guide service planning and client outcomes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in mental health care.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be under supervision for licensure or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise assigned staff including case managers, care coordinators, PRSS, and administrative support.
• Conduct regular team huddles and case staffing to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Ensure team performance and service delivery.
