Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical and supervisory experience in mental health services.
• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional.
• ODMHSAS Case Manager II Certification within 60 days of eligibility.
• Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational functions, maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Supervise and support staff including therapists, case managers, and support personnel.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and promote professional development.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate multidisciplinary team members.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program goals, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure clinical services are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and collaborate with finance staff.
• Facilitate staff meetings, training, and case consultations to promote collaboration.
• Prepare reports, ensure proper documentation, and support data collection for quality assurance.
• Establish partnerships with community organizations and referral sources.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities; contribute to grant applications.
• Represent the organization at external meetings and advocate for services.
• Monitor service outcomes and client satisfaction to guide QA initiatives.
