Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services seeks a Project Director in Oklahoma City to plan, organize, and direct activities of SOC/CCBHC programs. The role requires liaison work with community agencies, and ensuring a safe, compliant environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining program development, and meeting quality management requirements. A flexible schedule and travel are expected as part of fulfilling duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year experience in Mental Health.
• Experience working with community resources.
• Experience serving low income/minority clients; understanding of cultural diversity.
• Driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Must work a flexible schedule.
• Two years direct MH experience preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct activities of complex program elements.
• Liaise with community agencies and referral sources for resources.
• Maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Attend community and disposition meetings as required.
• Maintain core competencies for co-occurring disorders.
• Oversee program development and evaluate effectiveness.
• Complete required paperwork and reports; ensure quality management.
• Supervise staff and manage workloads with priorities in mind.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
