Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a nonprofit behavioral health provider operating across Arizona.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee Managers and Supervisors, guiding staff training, scheduling, and ensuring essential skills and policy adherence while participating in staffing and quality assurance activities. The role involves Dayforce maintenance, timecard review, PTO approvals, and disciplinary actions, with responsibilities aligned to AAC, CARF, and CBI policies.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher in behavioral health preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Must have a fingerprint clearance card.
• Must possess a current valid driver's license.
• Must be able to provide a 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Managers and Supervisors and program operations.
• Provide training and scheduling for staff; ensure staff have required skills and knowledge.
• Participate in staffing and shadow staff for quality assurance.
• Handle Dayforce maintenance, scheduling, timecard review, PTO approval, and disciplinary review.
• Ensure compliance with AAC, CARF, and Community Bridges policies.
