Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Manager to oversee day‑to‑day clinical and business operations at our Arizona sites. You will lead staff assisting members to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability, while ensuring quality care and program adherence.

You will collaborate with internal teams and community partners to coordinate housing resources. You’ll manage client paperwork, referrals, and reporting, guiding teams through program processes to serve diverse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or higher in behavioral health preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
• Experience with specialty populations (SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
• Minimum of six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s).
• Supervise staff delivering housing resources and support services to clients.
• Ensure quality care, staff guidance, and program process understanding for target populations.
• Track client paperwork and referrals; submit reports to leadership as required.
