Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is expanding services in Arizona and seeks a Senior Program Manager BHT to oversee managers and supervisors across programs.

You will guide staff, ensure adherence to AAC, CARF, and CBI policies, and participate in staffing and quality assurance activities while handling Dayforce maintenance, scheduling, timecards, PTOs, and disciplinary reviews. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred in behavioral health), 2–5 years in behavioral

Qualifications

This role requires oversight of Managers and Supervisors with training and scheduling duties.
Staff must adhere to AAC, CARF, and CBI policies and procedures.
Requires fingerprint clearance card and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Oversee Managers and Supervisors and operations for programs.
Provide guidance, training, and scheduling to staff.
Ensure staff have skills and knowledge to perform their jobs.
Participate in staffing and quality assurance shadowing.
Perform Dayforce maintenance, scheduling, timecard reviews, PTO approvals, and disciplinary reviews.
