Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a licensed Behavioral Health Professional to serve as Clinical Manager across Arizona programs. The role includes clinical supervision, delivering trainings, and collaborating with the Clinical Director to strengthen clinical competencies and services.

The Manager conducts staffing, provides on-call guidance, reviews assessments, and ensures compliance with state and federal requirements while maintaining ethical standards and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Licensed at associate level with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (S.W., Counselor, MFT, or Substance Abuse Counselor).
• Fingerprint clearance card required and valid AZ driving license.
• Must have clean 39-month motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed staff as defined by 4 A.A.C 6.
• Deliver clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.
• Develop trainings with Clinical Director to improve competencies and service delivery.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing and on-call guidance.
