Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to join as Clinical Manager.

This role supervises clinical staff, ensures adherence to policy, and partners with the Clinical Director to maintain high quality services across Arizona facilities. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in field related to behavioral health required.
• Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision if independently licensed.
• Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.
• Develop trainings with Clinical Director to improve clinical competencies and service delivery.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing and on-call guidance.
• Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments with staff and sign off.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Operations to ensure effective program delivery and compliance with policies and regulations.
