Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is expanding services in Arizona and seeks a Senior Program Manager BHT to oversee managers and supervisors across programs.

You will guide staff, ensure adherence to AAC, CARF, and CBI policies, and participate in staffing and quality assurance activities while handling Dayforce maintenance, scheduling, timecards, PTOs, and disciplinary reviews. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred in behavioral health), 2–5 years in behavioral

Senior Program Manager BHT

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager role is to oversee the Managers and Supervisors as well as the operations for the programs. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for providing guidance and direction for Managers and Supervisors including but not limited to training staff, scheduling staff, ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job, and ensuring staff adhere to agency policy and procedure. In addition, the Sr. Manager will be participating in staffing and shadowing the staff assigned for quality assurance. This position entails other duties such as Dayforce Maintenance, Scheduling, Timecard Review, PTO Approval, and Disciplinary Review. Staff oversight will include compliance with required patient interactions according to the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Must have a fingerprint clearance card
• Must possess a current valid driver's license
• Must be able to provide a 39-month MVR
