Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Manager BHT to oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations at their site/program(s) in Phoenix, AZ.

The role leads staff serving members to obtain housing, increase income stability, and ensure quality support services while guiding program processes and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related degree preferred.
• 1 year of management experience, in crisis or medical setting preferred.
• 1–3 years of behavioral health experience required.
• Lived experience with recovery from mental health/substance use preferred.
• Data management and Excel proficiency preferred.
• BHT certification required.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License and clean 39-month MVR.
• Peer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations at assigned site/program(s).
• Lead staff serving members to obtain housing and increase income stability.
• Ensure staff provide quality support services and guide program processes.
• Track client paperwork and referrals through reporting and deliverables to leadership.
